Freddy you sweetest soul, you look so scared and out of your comfort zone, not only while skiing, but you’re literally skiing from like the top of the mountain all by yourself with beginner knowledge and doing it well??! You’re incredible and also so graceful. I remembered my ski trips and how exhausting group trips are, especially when it’s lots of girls😂a lot of indirect mean stuff and sneaky behavior, even between friends. You looked stunning all the time, even when you felt exhausted. 🎀 We are all so proud of you! Make sure to look after yourself and rest, you did amazing!

Freddy don´t give up. It is such a great winter sport and it is all about technique. You just have to learn when to put your weight on which leg. It is so simple when you got this. Treat yourself with a private instructor for 3 days and I swear you will get the hang of it!

Kaiserschmarrn is a popular meal in Austria, Bavaria (Germany), and many parts of the former Austro-Hungarian empire (Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic and northern Croatia) :D So not just Austria, but the meal has its roots there (emperor (Kaiser) Franz Joseph I. was fond of this dessert). It’s really yummy :D

❤❤You DO have good form....you Will get great! Take more lessons. Perfection is not the goal, control is. It's frustrating if you're a control freak and Feel so out of control in your skis. I live at 7,000 ft altitude and it is indeed crazy, I worked security for several years and had to quickly learn to spot signs of altitude sickness and get someone electrolytes and hydration and calm them down because sometimes the panic that comes with it is almost worse than the actual affliction. Make sure you're getting hydrated *and* keeping up your electrolytes! Gatorade can be your best friend.

Skiing isn't for everyone - I had lessons on a dry slope before going to the French Alps, more lessons there but it didn't really click for me. Had fun trying cross country skiing and snowshoeing - the apres ski was fun too ! Got called "Ski Barbie" due to my pink ski wear 😂

Freddy, if you don’t want to ski that’s fine! I too went once and fell numerous times. I work as a nurse and I see clients who come in due to various types of falls, including skiing. I am not trying to instill fear in you as much as I want to do safety. Some injuries (if you hurt your spinal cord) can leave you paralyzed or even part of your body like not being able to pee and having to catheterize yourself, or not being able to walk and having to be on a wheelchair, or not being able to use your hands properly, for life! So, be comfortable and safe while enjoying! Sometimes the discomfort or the risk is not worth it and good friends must understand!
