Enjoyed hearing your thoughts. I’ve been looking for a lilac, and En Passant was a pass for me as well- too aquatic for me. I might be the only one in frag comm that hates Musc Ravageur, and I love musk. I think it’s the cinnamon and vanilla combo that turned me off. Although, considering what you said, I don’t think I bring myself to test in skin.

Yes, don't feel bad. Musc Ravageur is one of those that could be easily hated as much as it's loved.

@@VeronicaSays I bought Carnal Flower about 8 months ago and it's gotten thicker and richer over time. It was on the thin/light side the first few months. It's Beautiful. 🪷

Musc Ravageur is a masterpiece and much more seductive than other popular options like Carnal Flower or Portrait of a Lady.

Iris Poudte is the on FM I own so far because I’m a lover of Iris. It’s beautiful but I hardly reach for it. Probably due to the density and texture you mention- it feels very formal to me. Like I should only wear it to a black tie event. Although I did get a compliment when I wore it to work one day. 🤷🏽‍♀️So not all men hate it.

@@VeronicaSays I have tried other Malles: Rose n Cuir: another Ellena but couldnt take the rough leather in it. POAL: I dont like rose or patch so pass One of the Bigarades but I wasnt into citrus back then. Now I am so might change my mind on it but I usually dont want to spend Malle prices on a citrus.

@@VeronicaSays Hello dear! I got my package of samples today and I am wearing Iris Poud right now. It's gorgeous. Classic lipstick iris. Let me check what u said about it . . . My Musc came in a shower gel. They were out of perfume samples. It's so faint, the scent, that I cant tell anything. My third sample is Superstitious which I havent sampled yet. I guess I was on an aldehyde kick when I requested. These samples were free bc I bought my d'hiver from Neiman and they included nothing with my purchase. So ridiculous. I have been to the FM boutique in NYC and they give u 2 boxes of a sample since the vial is so small. Not Neiman tho.

Veeerrrrooooo no había visto este video!! Ese es mi perfume hasta que me muera POAL!! Me encanta y me vuelve loca. Que lástima que no te gusto. Y Carnal Flower también me gusto por el olor a clavel pero no se si para una botella grande.
