Just a tip, if you do plan on doing heavy cooking that involves a lot of oil, I recommend switching out that microwave vent. Because those aren't powerful enough. I recommend range hood brands such as Pacific, Sakura, Hauslane, San Yang Pai. Range hoods are pretty heavy so I recommend a person to help with installation. Or you can hire a professional. OR if you don't want to complicate things, you can actually buy a Microwave visor hood for your microwave. It covers your cooking surface (Oven) so most grease, smoke and oil gets captured in the microwave. Also make sure to clean the filters monthly.
