Frederik Imbo: How can you make a connection with someone when there is a conflict?

Reproaches, criticism, judgements and demands are the jargon of a true jackal. Unfortunately this will create a short circuit more often than a connection. In this video Frederik Imbo gives you inspiration in order to approach a conflict in an enduring manner. By exploring the four streets of the roundabout with your inner giraffe behind the wheel, you’re already well on your way to achieving a true connection.

Hi Asranur Demircan. Thank you for your kind message. I'm afraid that producing new videos in English is not my top priority. But there are new one's you'll see them here if you subscribe to follow my channel.

Dear Frederik Imbo, I have one complain about your channel: Why do you have only few videos? I OBSERVE you have only few videos about your AMAZING art “Imboorling”, I FEEL, you are a genius on the art of communication, your TED talk made me cry tears of happiness, I NEED more videos, I want to make a humble REQUEST: Would you please dedicate your professional life to the production of Imboorling videos, methodology, research, and communication conflict resolution ? You rock ! 👍🏼🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Hi Minerva. You've just explained what's alive in you precisely according the 4 steps of the Roundabout model. To answer your question; I hardly produce new videos. Sorry to disappoint you. But you can always watch my Ted talk 'How not to take things personally'. - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gp-tqHuVhb-LpK8 I hope you'll like it!

This is a great video, something everyone can always improve at. Maybe this was implied, but I feel it's also important to ask the other person why they did/did not do something. "I asked you to give me a report about 3 hours ago. Why has it not been given to me?" Then they can tell you their explanation, such as getting caught up in other work, or simply forgetting, etc.
