If you missed my recent FREE online breathing optimisation class, I have decided to publish it here for everyone to enjoy!
This is a gentle introduction to breathing optimisation, and as some of the attendees told me afterwards, was a lovely gentle session with no breath hold training, which they would like to incorporate into their regular, more advanced breathing optimisation training as a relaxation session.

This 30 minute free class includes exercises such as stepped breathing, upper body stretches, upper body stretches on exhalation, alternate nostril breathing, cat, sweeping cat, head down dog and stirring the pot.
