Just because he's free doesn't mean he's good. Regardless I'll never build or play him. I have a C6 Kaveh and I'll never play him. A big problem with WW is that since you can only have 3 characters in a party, there's already so little room in the harem. I'll be fully enjoying Qingyi and Jane until WW 1.4 drops.
