Great controls, but the images definitely don't look photorealistic. Got a CGI-ness to them. Hopefully it gets better, as mid journey seems best for "realistic" images- as far as I can see so far.

I wish you people would stop labeling all these things as free just to get clicks. The free options for ANY of these platforms is so limited as to be a joke. You're never going to enjoy using it unless you buy a subscription. Free versions have very few options you can use and will only frustrate people. Instead, just say this is a solid contender against MidJourney. There is a limited free plan but the sub is/can be cheaper. HONESTY! What a concept.

How about giving a link to CGdream?

would have been interesting to mention who the company is, if they are open source, if they stay free, why they are free...etc.

The free version puts you in a queue of up to 10 minutes and lets you generate up to 2 image variants at a time. The subscription version is $10/month. It lets you skip the queue, has a private mode and lets you generate up to 4 image variants at a time.

I'm thinking it's not difficult to open Google and manage to type "cgdream" since the first link is the actual website.

It pales in comparison to MidJourney. Let’s be honest: can it accurately reference images? Can it style reference images with precision? Can it effectively character reference images? Can it skillfully reframe around a generated image? Still, it's commendable that it offers a viable alternative for those seeking a somewhat comparable option.
