5:19 I tried with colab but the result here is not the same as mine. The head shakes a lot and is not stable. My reference video was stable. Why did this happen?
@AIEdgeMastery4 күн бұрын
I didn't encounter this problem. Did you test with another resource? In all the examples I tested, both in this tutorial and in my own use, the movements of the output video and the resource video were very similar and I didn't see any extra head movements. If you tested with other videos and had problems with all outputs, the problem may be related to the tool update.

Help please. In 5:11 I can't find the animation inside the liveportrait folder. There is nothing there. Even though the load appearance feature extractor is done. So where do I find it?

Are you sure that when you upload the image and video source, the upload is complete and then you start to run it?

5:25 It sucks that this tool doesn’t support images that have multiple characters. Also, it doesn’t seem like head movement is supported. Only the facial expression changes.

I tried several different photos, and each time it animated one face, but with the method I said, it is easy and you can animate several faces. It also supports head movement, but the problem is that for some photos with a lot of hair or covered head, we don't see the whole head movement. Things like this are usually solved in updates.

Animate the head in aftereffects.

Every time I try Hugging Face, I get an error message: "The requested GPU duration (240s) is larger than the maximum allowed retry in -1 day, 23:59:59." I don't understand because I'm just using the supplied samples on Hugging Face's page.

Based on what I see, if you try the next day, you won't see this error. It might be a bug. If you are using a VPN, restart your computer and try a different VPN location, it might help.

What Ai model did you use exactly for voice over here?

I used clipchamp for the audio in this video. It has a built-in text to speech feature.

The huggingface...Why must it be square only....I need a 16 x 9 footage. Replicate is so useless that it doesn't event let me do anything. The first thing it does is popup a yellow screen demanding money. How can i pay for something I haven't event tried.

Did you see the video? When I talked about hugging face, I said that you can upload the image in any aspect ratio. The video source you are using must be square.
