Quick note: you can use either white or red grapes for making white wines. Grape skins are what's responsible for color, so you just need to discard the skins prior to the fermentation

Sometimes it’s like that…of course it doesn’t mean you’re being judge mental. You seem to have a grasp on assessing your surroundings and I’ve found personal research will get you further. I mean yes…tasting things can be helpful. But…you can just spit it out. Getting drunk at a job where you need motor/communicative skills and a high degree of focus is…stupid. Especially when your ability to use those skills directly affects how much money you make. Hope it’s going well my friend.

Some fruit-based products marketed as non-alcoholic wine are simply just juice. Other non-alcoholic wines are produced from wines that have been fermented, but then are put through an additional process of having the alcohol removed.

Dont pay for a certification, it is not a requirement anywhere. Learn everything you can for free using resources like my training and others. Then go to the local bar, tell them you want to work there, tell them you will work a night or two for free. Once they see that you know your stuff, you will get a job, no problem.
