Good video Aman.. all the basic points of recognising the body language are covered here.. however i'd like to rectify one thing.. if any one stands with the fingers touching each other.. that is indeed a good sign and is widely used for presenting ourselves in front of audience.. but if this gesture is used at any interview, that means the person is afraid or uncomfortable.. or again its considered as closed body language.. we take lot of interviews and if anyone is found in this position, we divert the topic to something light or have some decent comfortable talks to calm his / her nerves.. :)
