There’s no overnight camping at the big parking area he demonstrated. The area is called pancamo point private sanctuary and they have an Airbnb website. 10:05

That was a cool little " hideaway " place that you discovered ! Very peaceful looking. I could just pull my chair outta the back of my car, and sit there for hour's ! Looks like you uncovered a hidden gem. This is a great addition to the Magnolia Beach location. Depending on availability and weather one can choose between these two great free camping locations. Key is however for campers to always leave these free camping spots as clean as they found them.

Victoria RV Park (River Park) in Victoria, TX is an affordable overnight (as I recall either $12 or $15 per night, first-come first served) full hookup and it has a dump station for a minimal fee.
