Number one thing when camping in the Sonoran desert, always, always, always check your boots before putting them on in the morning. Flip them over and smack the upper, if ever encountering diamond backs in a steep canyon early in the morning, don’t worry. They won’t move very fast, cold blood and all. Leave the javelina alone they usually have young ones around, let them eat the prickly pear in peace. Backpacked and car camped all over that area.

It’s a great area to camp! We always leave shoes in the tent and keep it zipped. Can’t be too careful. Thanks for watching 😎🌵

Alive in Tucson 😂 so no joke, the first time I heard about Tucson was when I watched last man on earth. A few years after I watched the show I moved to Tucson during a global pandemic. 😂
