Free 'colour sets' and 'brushes' in Rebelle 5 and how to install them

Steve, a big thanks for this video. I recently took advantage of Rebelle's 10th anniversary offer and I have yet to get to grips with the software. I did know you could download free assets but I had not yet tried it out. So finding your video has been a big help. It took me a couple of goes and a lot of pausing and rewatching parts, and realising that charcoal is shown in pencils and not paint, but I got there. Love the painting, by the way. So I hit the👍 and the bell🔔. (the bell took some finding. I thought I'd found it but it turned out to be a nose.)

Import brush sets isn't that fiddly. You can select more than one brush when installing into the library from within Rebelle 5. Just unzip the folder, go to the folder of brushes, open it, select all using the shift key, (Windows) then click open and they all go into the program.

Steve as a new user i put some paint down. various colors, etc. How do i just blend them together without using any new colors on a brush. Is there a tool called blend with no addded color or am i going to have to be more mindful and blend as i paint

@@bakers2581 Thanks! Unfortunately the limit in Escape Motions website is 30 brushes per Category. The original set have 38 brushes, i don't uploaded the brushes that are variations for existing ones. I will make brushes for oils and Dry Media too. Maybe i will upload them in Deviantart.
