New pigment mixing in Rebelle 5

In this video I take a close up look at the pigment colour mixing in Rebelle 5 with this study of a charming pig. I'm particularly interested to see if using the pigment mixer slows down my painting process.

* I've noticed that R5pro requires a faster computer than R4 with color mixing turned on & especially if nano pixel is on. * However, there is a trick when using a computer that may not have the resources needed: use the oil expression brushes, especially when using big brushes & laying down color or glazes. Come back with your smaller regular oil brushes. * Note: the only thing you lose with the oil expression brushes is: the impasto effect. Yet, they're much faster (thus little to no lag), pending your paper size & ppi. * That said, R5pro isn't unlike Painter. You need a computer with a solid CPU, a better GPU & plenty of RAM. * I use 64gb of DDR5 & I may upgrade to 128gb at some point. This is a requirement in my opinion, if you want no lag with A0 at 300ppi, (as an example). You can't get around it even A3 in some cases. Don't under estimate how important RAM is, with any graphic "software." After all, Rebelle isn't a "app." * software vs apps... very different. Best to treat them as professional vs novice. Of course this is my opinion but, the results speak for themselves. Besides, "software requirements," are made under best circumstances.
