These are all great ideas! I saw another KZbin content creator that is in the midst of planning her wedding (she is a diy type of gal) show how she saved tons on save the dates by ordering them when Groupon is offering them for 50% off. They turned out beautifully (she shared the image) and she got 100 of them for $17. She was so thrilled with their quality that she is thinking of ordering her wedding invitations next time Groupon is having this offer. If you are short on time or are just not crafty and are on a tight budget, this is a great option! On another note, congratulations in advance on the upcoming 10K! Your channel is awesome! ♥️

I've been incredibly lucky with my invites. I'm arty so had the supplies to draw/paint a design that's personal to us. My partner is a computer wiz so he did all the digital stuff. He's also a teacher with free printing so that's how we printed. Only thing we've had to pay for is a job lot of envelopes and 2nd class stamps 😁 I'm so excited

Can you do a video on wedding websites? Like the kind where our guests can rsv and find all the info they should HAVE online. Pros and Cons of them? Im having a billingual half- destination wedding (lol my whole fam and friends gotta travel to puerto rico while his dont). So we want to make sure we have a website that has ALL the information about the wedding. Also... guest gift registry would u recommend it or ax it? Or tips/better ideas about them that dont involve donating money to a charity

Yes! Planning on a small destination wedding, will likely only need about 10 invitations for 20 people (since most are couples) . This is totally doable! Love the rustic one, it's what I'm going for. Thank you!

I know this is an old video and I did not diy my invitations but I was able to put together 130 for $150 not including postage (the postage should be standard forever stamps, not extra). There are some great deals online, so I bought the invites and return cards from an online invite shop. They came with large envelopes. Then, I bought little envelopes on Amazon for $10 and DIYed the information card. They are not the fanciest but I thought they came out nice and I was happy not to break the bank on them.

You can use a tape runner or tearing tape and it will do the same thing as your double-sided tape without having to worry about pressing down so hard take it from someone who makes greeting cards for a living

Laser toner won't run, but if you have an inkjet printer try one first before you print the whole run. I like the website though; I could make this in Illustrator, eventually, but why go to that much trouble?

We are making our Save the Date cards and in between the paper layers is a magnet so it will stick to the fridge. I’m trying to figure out how to let guests know without having the tacky “I’m a magnet!” Sticker or card. I’m thinking since our website will be on the cards I should make a comment there. Do you have any ideas on how I can get the message across to my guest. We were also thinking of making a small business card with the invitations with the date, time and location to keep handy in their wallets or purses. Is this something that is usually done?
