Hi, the GIF doesn't work in Outlook . Any tips?

sorry it could be a few things... this generally happens if the image is too large. Or if you're trying to do it on a company outlook and they have it set up to not work with images.

Quick question! I used one of the templates, but when I copied/pasted it into Gmail, it said that the signature was too long. Do you know what I should do in order to fix it?

Hmm interesting... too long is a bit bizarre considering some signatures are like EPIC in terms of all the terms and conditions that some professions have to have. On Google it says the limit is 10k characters so it might just be that the image is too large? Try compressing it or creating a GIF in a smaller dimension/shorter duration! 😊

Hey Nathan - ooh sorry it's a bit tricky to troubleshoot without seeing what's going on... it might be because the images are low quality or you're exporting the GIF at a low FPS so try to just have high quality images and higher quality GIFs to improve the overall quality!

Oh I'm sorry to hear that... Can I ask if you meant too long or too big? I only ask because I can't imagine too long being an issue considering people providing professional services often have paragraphs of legal jargon attached to the end of theirs. So on the off chance it's too big and not too long, try tinypng.com/ to resize any images or if you're using a GIF then ezgif.com/ has a GIF compressor 😊 And also remember to keep the dimensions of the GIF relatively small to reduce file size. 300 x 300 px is generally a good size! But let me know if I'm misunderstanding the error here and we can continue to troubleshoot.
