Thanks Laressa, this has been the best tutorial/method I've seen with Canva for email signatures. One consideration for everyone-many folks use a dark theme interface for email so if your signature image has no background, anything in black may not show up for those users.

In regards to the profile picture, I found that grids and frames on Cavna did not work properly due to the internet browsers I was using the platform prior which was Safari. So I switched to using Canva on google Chrome and that seemed to fix the problems I had. And thank you so much for your support!

Hi Kertu! I screen record my computer on my Imac while doing my tutorial and then film with a separate camera to record myself. I then edit these two separate video footages with Adobe Premiere pro. I am also able to blur parts of the videos with Adobe Premiere pro. I hope that helps - thank you for watching!

Hi Cameron, I am not sure why this is happening to other users so I will have to further look into this - I'm not sure if Gmail settings made an update and if it is affecting this style of email signature. Hi Alyssa - You can add hyperlinks to elements on Canva but the design has to be exported as a PDF for the links to work... The only way around this (in regards to an email signature) is to add hyperlinks to png/jpg graphics using a google document and then pasting your email signature into the gmail settings. I talk about how to do this at part of the video 08:35 I hope I answered your question :)

Hi Joanna, I have never had this problem with my email signature before but I do know that on the backend of Gmail signatures settings, there is a toggle or rather a checkbox that must be checked underneath where you insert your signature. The setting reads [Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it.] If that doesn't help, shoot me a DM on Instagram instagram.com/laressangoeun/

Some email users use dark interfaces. Downloading the elements as transparent images will prevent "white" outlines/backgrounds from occurring for these types of users.

Hi Charnise, sometimes you will have to play around with how many words are in your Gmail signature and also the size of the chart you are copying and pasting from google docs to gmail settings. Unfortunately, I am unable to answer your question as I don't use the native Apple mail app to send out emails as I too have had troubles with my email signature for that platform which is why I use Gmail.
