The recent headlines seem to imply this service is up-and-coming, yet I've happily used it for the last two years. You submit your return, you get an email describing any errors, and you can correct and re-submit. (Usually takes me a few tries.) I get confirmation of the acceptance of my return on the same day.

Appreciate any help here: I’m a LLC business owner (e commerce) . I am the one and only employee and therefore the ceo as well. My combined total AGI for both Personal and for Business < $73k ….. would I still be able to use the Free File option? Or does the fact I got an LLC complicate that? (And therefore forcing me to do separate Returns for Business and Personal? )

Entered all my information in IRS Free File. At this point, saved file (did not print). Later I logged back in to Free File, low and behold, unable to locate the saved file of info I entered earlier. A message saying my 2022 file had not efiled. How or where can I retrieve the file? I take the standard deduction, retired and I have income to report from six 1099R's. The following information may help you determine the form at issue: Field/Xpath: /efile:Return/efile:ReturnData/efile:IRS1040/efile:TotalItemizedOrStandardDedAmt I don't know how to resolve this error. It wants to add Schedule A to my return and I can't get rid of schedule A which doesn't match up with my standard deduction.
