This works trust. For me the ps3 internet browser didnt load the page so I looked it up via PC. Then i moved the pkg to my fat 32 usb. Only thing you shouldnt do with this application is enable hen as it will most likely soft brick your console.

No! If you download it via pc to USB and install via that to the PlayStation 3 you can bypass logging into the PlayStation account. You will need to have the Internet connected in order to download the games via this library 😊 (which is normal)
