An FYI to interested viewers: not all of these programs are actually free. Age of Empire III: Definitive Edition is on a free trial, but to own it you must pay $20 (when it is NOT on sale).. and the trial is not going to be forever. The video is a tad misleading on this point.. although there are many games on this list that are indeed free and always been that way. As with all marketing, remember to read the fine print!

Space Station 14, a free steam game. The idea is that 100 real players are locked in one station, and they have to support it, and all sorts of events will interfere with them, from huge squid killers to an invasion of zombie mice. Well, I think it's worth a look.

SS14 is a remake of sorts, I myself prefer the original as it has so much more content, but it can be hard to get into at first, but do check it out, I'd reccomend playing on MonkeStation, it's ran by the Duke of Ook, and it is a very beginner friendly server.

I’ve been playing it for almost 9 years, it’s not as popular as it was before but it’s still getting massive updates. There are even modded servers that mimic games like escape from tarkov, rust and war games. I had escape from tarkov but I still prefer the unturned copy.

A chill game, not really intended for long sessions, but fun once in a while 3. Counter Strike 2. Even casual matchmaking can be fun, but you need to know your stuff 4. Realm of the Mad God Exalt. as a rotmg (realm of the mad god) player I have to say, the game is brutal, it's VERY skill based, every bit of content is achievable in less than an hour but if you don't know what you're doing it'll take you tens of hours to learn most dungeons (they're basically the main way to get loot in the game)

Path of Exile isn't exactly a treasure hunt game. But yeah it's really fun! If u just wanna play the campaign, u don't need to buy any stash tabs or download any 3rd party programs. ...But if u wanna play the endgame content...
