Congrats Whenever you say, "to send X emails per day or month", that X refers to each contact/lead as an email, and the follow-ups are not considered or do you count the follow-ups? example: you send 1000 emails/day, is that for 1000 new leads or 500 leads and the other 500 as follow-ups for previous leads?

Hey Jay, awesome video! My open rate dropped drastically from around 60-70% to 10-11% even though I haven't changed anything. Do you know what I can do about this? DMARC, DKIM, MX, SPF and custom tracking domain is correct and the email adresses are warmed up for over one month.
