You have every right f course to book whatever cabin you wish, but it sure seems family harbor is meant for families. We're cruising on the Mardi Gras soon, and there aren't that many family harbor rooms. I think there were 7 total inside rooms for four. I had to keep checking for availability until one popped up (which I immediately booked). I wish you had talked about the other benefits that come with family harbor which are also meant to make things easier for families, like priority boarding and disembarkation, etc.

Well, I booked an inside room for 2 which wouldn't take away from the count for cabins that hold 4 🙂. Also, I booked this via an upgrade offer, so it must not have been selling well. And I can't make a good video to promote the space unless I'm in a cabin so that was partially why I paid for the upgrade. I didn't recommend that people who don't have kids book this space, but there are a variety of reasons that they might like it such as having space to introvert and other neurodivergent and/or disability needs that we may or may not have that shouldn't be judged. I believe I did talk about all of the benefits at the end. Priority boarding and disembarkation aren't one of the benefits of Family Harbor cabins. At least it's not listed as being one, so if it is but they didn't list it, I had no way of learning that because of my VIFP status which also gets me priority. Thanks for watching :)

Nice video but not sure what the benefit is of eating in the Family Harbor Lounge. Aren’t there more food options in the buffet?

There are more options in the buffet, but also a lot more people. So if crowds and lines stress you out, that's the benefit. :)

easier when you have kids, especially if one is an early riser and one isn't. no crowds and depending on age (us 12 yo) I wouldn't end them to the buffet alone, but easlily would let them wander down to the lounge.
