Yeah man me too. My skin and body tighten up and I have disc issues in my back when I work too much. But if I spend the time on my bosy I loose the time and energy to my business to hopefully escape from my current situation. I hope you can find the balance Caleb. For me I stay physically active as much as possible while maintaining everything else, but hopefully we can find that time for ourselves
