Don't let this preview video fool you! The dancer makes these graceful, unhurried moves seem like you won't get any good exercise out of this but I am drenched in sweat doing Ballet break #1-3! Each "Ballet Break" has four 2-3 min exercise that add up to about 10 min per Ballet Break. It takes a lot of energy to create beauty.

I bought this and I love how there is a progressive difficulty to the exercises. A beginner like me for example had difficulty with the set of exercises in Ballet Break #4-excercise 1 when they did the lunge and circled with the upper body-that was tough and I nearly fall every time. All the exercises are doable and very energizing.

@@agapitolim6243 If you work through Mr. Jhung's beginner videos, which I still review from time to time after all these years, you'll become very aware of your center of gravity as it shifts. He's a master explainer.
