From where did you get the machine sim files. Haas or Mastercam? I could use for my Doosan VC630.

These came from Postability. You can get sim files from your post developer, like Postability who also tie the post into the sim, or you can make your own with files provided by your machine builder. I just emailed to your store about request some samples model that contains in 4th 5th axis book that I love to buy it. Because I couldn't see any inside the book what models are. Is this clip same in the book Sir? I love to learn this way not just demmo on some area 5th axis to be programmed. Is there any explanation about how to pick up work cordinate G54 for machine? This lesson is part of the 5x course. These lessons do focus on programming Mastercam not so much setting up your machine. Focusing on machines is tough since there are so many different machines/controls to accommodate. There is some additional content coming for the Haas UMC machines in relation to setup and operation.

what graphics card do you use for simulation? I need to do some graphics upgrades on my desktop but am unsure what to get...

Depends on your budget. If money doesn't matter, Quadro RTX is what you're after (although new cards may be released this fall). Otherwise a good gaming card works just fine. RTX 2070/2060 or GTX 1660/1650 would be next steps below the Quadro and are good choices.

Does any body knows why when i run the 5 axis post processor the A axis posted as incremental movements? fo sample if i rotate From A 0 TO a 45 came like A1,A2,A3,Etc Until reach 45 deg.

If you are using HLE you cannot post gcode.

Ah, you're doing the 5X Free Lesson...missed that part. The download package does include a post but that post will not create gcode. It only populates text blocks within toolpaths. There should be mention of this in the lesson. Most 5X posts are locked and will need to be acquired directly from your reseller or on Mastercams website from the posts section.

Does this Haas use a Centroid Control? It looks like their logo on the screen at 2:40

Haas has their own controls, a Classic version and a Nextgen version. I think the symbol you’re seeing is the spindle direction, and yes, it really does look like Centroids logo!

Mach Sim simulates the NCI code and not the G codes as mentioned @1:04. Good Video BTW

I did say NCI but I said it really fast so it sounded like a G 😃....good catch though, you are right. A Postability post and MachSim using that post, as good as gcode 👍 ....even though the video showed the other Simulation

In machine installation part your umc 750 table seems bigger than actual machine. I tried sinulation with one of my part today then i noticed that.

The table in the sim files is from the original umc750. The newer UMCs, not sure the year this started, have a smaller table. You can get the files from Haas and edit the machine or just modify the existing stl to match what you have.

esta maquina no deja un acabado fino ,, mas bien se parece a la minimill que deja acabados tableteados o pixeleados .. la verdad muy malos servos

"This machine does not leave a fine finish, rather it resembles the minimill that leaves tabletted or pixelated finishes." The machine is very good for the price point its at. You won't find much to compare to it in its price range. It is absolutely capable of fine finishes. This project does not try to push finishes, it pushes the use of 5x toolpaths on a part a student can make quickly.
