Yes, if you have required layover hours you can get a free meal coupon and if you have applied e-Visa then you can go out and avail touristanbul as well.

@@sarojtiwari1626 except checkedin baggage you can take, also ask them to provide hotel for free stay from the counter outside exit once you take visa and pass immigration

@@sarojtiwari1626 yes as per normal tickets of TA if stay is over 10 I guess you can claim stay, touristanbul is comparatively for almost all transit visitors who can come out on evisa. You can discuss with the counter available, they are usually helpful.
