Free Online Breathing Optimisation Class!!!
The class starts at midday on Monday, November the 12th and will run for just over half an hour. I will open the class ten minutes early and encourage you to join with plenty of time to make sure that the tech works and you are settled.

If you are not able to make the live class you can ask for the recording and I will send it off to you after the class so you can enjoy the class in your own time.
To join the class you simply need to send me an email to [e-mail] with "Free Breathing Optimisation Class" as the subject and I will forward you the link to join the live class and all the details. If you prefer the recording just let me know in the email and I will make sure you receive the recording (also free!!!)
