This PPT doesn't give clear picture of feasibility. As per my knowledge this project will put invester into trouble. In this PPT generally points are discussed. Ptesentator said oil marketing do agreement for 5 year. Here fixed rate is decided what inflation rate of raw materials, labour and maintainence. If you consider corn as raw material presently it's MSP is 18000+/ton. If someone uses corn for 50000 leter plant then how much he will save. 💯 he will suffer huge loss. Surprisingly about subsidy is mentioned. I am sure for this project govt. Doesn't provide subsidy. When this project can bring down reliance on import why not govt. Is not making this project feasible to invester. Govt. Is giving subsidy where it is misused by lobby people. Project which can help green Revolution and help to reserve dollars , sadly mishandled.

Manu ji, we are importing 85% crude oil of our requirement & we have to pay it in dollars. You know the rate of dollar Vs rupees. Hence we have to spend lots of money in it. So to save foreign exchange & pollution issue, we have to go for other alternative fuel. Ethanol is one of the alternative fuel & gives benifit to our farmers. Manu ji, after few years fossil fuel extraction will finish & that is why all developed countries are shifting form fossil fuel to alternative fuels. Similarly fossil fuel creates lot of pollution & we have to hand over pollution free environment to our next generation.

Present PPT with perspective of at least 10 years. Estimated profit , Estimated high in inflation price in raw material, labour cost, maintainence cost should be disclosed. You said maximum 4 years of time investment recovered. PPT should give future possibilities of project. Raw material cost even if increases by 1% and labour and maintaining cost increases by 3% what will be out put end of 5 years. Simple calculation.

Hello Anshul ji, 1G Ethanol means Ethanol produced from traditional raw materials like molasses, sugarcane juice, cereals etc. And 2 Ethanol means Ethanol produced from agricultural waste like rice straws, bagasse etc. However 2 G Ethanol capital investment is so high. So I suggest you to firstly go with 1G Ethanol production and if in your area different types of raw material is available, then go with multi fuel Ethanol plant, which will give you more profit. Regarding bank financing, now Government of India came with the policy of only 5 % owners margin & 95 % loan, will 50 % interest subsidy. So you can make Ethanol plant with multi fuel also. PPT gives knowledge of what is ethanol and cost of plant. Sir/Madam, it's very good question. After electric vehicle there will not be problem for Ethanol industry because of following reasons.. 1) Electric vehicles are only for verious types of bike's & cars in India. No big buses or commercial vehicles like trucks runs on electric. 2) On the other hand big buses & trucks 100% runs on Ethanol. In Nagpur 10/15 buses are running on 100% Ethanol. 3) Govt of India, want to run trucks on Ethanol & they have planned 5% blending in diesel in comming few years. 4) Currently OMC's are getting only 7/8 % against 10% & when blending of 5% in diesel will start, then you can imagine how much Ethanol we will require. Our 75% commercial vehicles runs on diesel. 5) Our projections show's that after 5% blending of Ethanol in diesel & even if we convert entire Sugar Cane from all over India, (with out producing single bag of Sugar) for only Ethanol, then also we will be short of Ethanol. 6) Similarly, Ethanol is also used in many other industries like Ethel Acid, Asiatic Acid, Paint, Perfume, Pharmaceutical, Ink, Sanitizer, Hand wash industries & offcourse in Hospital before giving any injection. Hence, I am very much confident that even after electric vehicle, Ethanol industry will not have any problem. Regards.

Hello Rahul ji, Yes you can put Ethanol plant at your local. But I suggest you to go for larger capacity plant of Ethanol. Ethanol plant of 10 KLPD is very small & your minimum overhead, will not be able to give you much profit. So go for larger capacity like 30 KLPD OR 60 KLPD. More size of capacity will increase your profit beyond your expectation. Regarding bank financing, now Government of India came with the policy of only 5 % owners margin & 95 % loan, will 50 % interest subsidy. So you can make Ethanol plant with multi fuel & Bihar Government has introduced very good policy to promote Ethanol. So take advantage of it & go ahead. Hi bhai... Directly installing a 100tpd(3000Ton per month) Capacity plant is a risk unless you are sure that you have Buyers. So.... My suggestion. Initial plant capacity 10tpd(300 ton per month). Area requires Max 2 acres (But we will buy 10 acres) Raw material will be corn, sugarcane, straws of jowar, bajra,... Plant installation time max 6 months. Cost will be around 40-50 lack. Within that time period of 6 months we can search for potential buyers. In future your supply increases you can increase the capacity,since you have spare land.
