This is a great free sweater pattern! I found it with a google search and an interest to find a basic pattern direct from the designer. I used your pattern to make a super comfy sweatshirt style sweater for everyday wear. I knit it at a slightly looser gauge and made the sleeves a contrast color. My collar ended up being sloppy because of my gauge changes- but I anticipated that would happen. I went back and picked up stitches to make a folded collar to put a drawstring through for a sporty look. I just posted the video today on my channel about the change in the neckline and my pattern notes on my blog. I really love how it turned out! I will definitely use it again for other versions and it will also be a great resource to encourage new knitters to try. I will admit that as I am an experienced knitter I did not watch this tutorial to knit my sweater, but it wasn't needed as your written instructions were well written. Thanks Ashley! I am glad google brought me to your door.
