Thank you for the pattern! I’ve made several of your other items and am excited to make this. Is there a way to make it so the year can be changed easily? I’m giving this as a gift and the recipient doesn’t sew. I thought about a snap but don’t want to punch through the lettering.

That is a good question I would not go then with the year counting,- do something more personalized, like initials or a name

I have a question. It may be stupid but what leather do you use for what parts? It calls for some 5oz and 3oz but the pattern doesn’t say which leather is which part. When I try and click on the cutting video, it says video unavailable.

Should be veg tan leather 3 to 4 oz is ok
