It's interesting to see a video from you where the outcome is clear from the beginning. I think it works for these sorts of world record/achievement games because it shifts the focus instead to understanding how something remarkable happens. Anyway, I appreciate you uploading these videos, and am similarly grateful to the players for agreeing to let you highlight their games!

This is where I think people have trouble adjusting to new information. FPRV rush beats SMV rush unless you are really unlucky with the movement. I think turn two you have to allocate at least two eyes. The reason I like shadow so much in the base game is the flexibility.

I'm not sure it's that simple, (and if it were no one would play the game since Free would just rush Ring and win every game). This is academically interesting in the sense of what happens with near perfect rolls, but being 5 up on movement over 20 dice is an extreme edge case.

Does the record take into account the Free Peoples token? Also, why not kill Strider on that 3 tile at the end? If you're going to use a ring for the final move anyway, why not save the corruption?

1) No. It doesn’t take tokens into account. 2) I don’t know. Maybe she was thinking of striders hide ability. I thought you liked saving companions 😎

@@strider656wotr Ha! Yeah, I do. But only if it's a guarantee on the last step. At that point, it still wasn't a guarantee, was it? Especially with so many red tiles in play?
