Love this, thank you so much. I tried the plugin with another method. I wanted to get a better outline of some of my colored art pieces. I turned the art black and white and then used levels and curves to define the blacks a bit more. Then used the Signature plugin to get a perfect selection and result - I then used the levels and curves again. I took that to Illustrator and image traced using the silhouettes option and played with the threshold. This gave me a better result than any other method I used before. The Signature plugin took out the step of having to go through the whole channels selection and doing the shadows and highlights route. And the plugin did a better job with a much much faster workflow.

I have some PDFs of taxonomic books or old papers which were created at low resolution or bad quality in general. I would like to use some line drawings from those papers, and I noticed that the photo enhancers which are so good for... photos don't work well with them. How can I improve simple line drawings from horrible scans?

I love this plugin and use it quite often. However, one feature I would like to see added to this is the ability to choose how strong selection Signature plugin makes. Sometimes signature is on top of some picture or lines or whatever. This messes up with the signature selection so that the Signature plugin chooses too much and then the lines and other details under the signature are also taken as part of the signature. If I can tweak with this, I could find the selection where Signature plugin chooses just the signature and everything under it is disregarded.

I have tried multiple times to use this plugin but it never works. I have the latest Photoshop version and installed the plugin in Creative Cloud. I made my account with My Pictures Industries, and the plugin appears properly in the toolbar. The images I have tried are sRGB. When I run the plugin it never does end up with that Piximperfect group layer and seems to end with just a copy of the original layer - but the history panel shows it did a number of action, none of which leave me with the result you demonstrate. And none of the other actions work either - just showing a warning to "Use the Convert to Signature Button" I am pretty proficient with Photoshop. Could there be something in my Preferences that prevent the completion of your plugin?
