If I were trimming down to 9.5 I’d take a quarter inch off all round and get rid of those awfully worrying pinked edges!

This pattern uses a layer cake, which is a package of 40 10x10 inch squares. So, neither fat quarters nor fat eighths.

I don't mind upside down prints! But it's definitely something to pay attention to if you want all your prints the same direction 😊
