You are an inspiration!! I have 3 bins of scraps some of which are several years old. I just can’t part with scraps!! Now I have a plan and am cutting pieces for two different quilts. Hopefully I’ll be able to make 2025 a true year of organizational success!! Thank you for the series!!

These videos have been so helpful is giving me ideas of how to use my scraps. This one in particularly easy. I had already started this project about a month ago. I'm anxious to see how much of a dent it makes on my scraps pile. Thanks for sharing your scraps reduction journey with us and congratulations on going from 7 boxes to two!

Very interesting quilts,it gives me some ideas for some quilts for my nephews. They have just lost the quilts in a fire which I had made them when the were born. Good projects for the New Year. Thank you very much❤❤

I've watched this whole series even though I don't have any 2 1/2" strips. I really like the result of these blocks. I make lap robes and wheelchair lap robes for donation and I think I can cut enough blocks from my scraps to make several. Thanks for sharing your great ideas.

This has been so much fun to watch your scrap bins get eliminated by making all those beautiful quilts! I’m a scrappy quilter, so this is my jam❤️ I hope in the end you have a quilt parade, bring them all together for a great show! (KH)

I’ve been bingeing this series and was so excited when this video dropped today, just as I made myself a coffee! My scrap collection has been getting a work out lately as I’ve been making blocks with all sorts of random strips. Your system of cutting scraps into 2.5” strips makes a whole lot more sense so I think that’s what I’ll do from now on. I’m looking forward to your next video… Hi from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 🦘 🐨

That's a great idea, using clothes pins to mark and keep the rows together. Metal pins (quilt and dress making pins) fall out. Plus, I always cut myself on pins. The clothes pins could keep me from blood staining my quits. Wonderful use of scrap. The pattern reminds me of Lifesaver candies for some reason. Your quilts are beautiful. Thank you.

I love this series ... So COOL! The only change I would make would be to set the blocks in a sashing. The block-on-block look is just way too twitchy for my poor cataracts. It would be fun to cut the sashing just 1 1/2" so that the finished sashing is just 1" wide, and use either black or dark grey. It would give the blocks a kind of "Outlined in crayon" look
