I paid for the course in NJ back in 2012, went to the classes and didn't learn anything. All the teacher did was talk about her personal experiences i asked her when are we gonna learn from the book and she said no you have to study the book at home. 🙄 I didn't have time to go home and study with 4 kids in the house. I took the state exam 3 times and failed. Now im moving to Florida I took the Florida course online I have to go take the state exam when I move there. These videos are a blessing. I feel more ready now than I did back then. In 3 days watching your videos I've learned so much more for free than I did with that "teacher" for $349.00. God Bless you Joe you are a true blessing. The chosen ones, yes it was sweet! No it was not my first time. My first time was without Joe. I used some material I got from an all day prep course...it wasn't useful at all. The second time I passed after studying with Joe. I know for a fact had i used Joe first I would have passed the first time.

you said something that stuck with me in another video. joint tenancy has pitt. Possession, Interest, Time and Title. The way it differs from tenancy is common as far as selling of their portion is quite simple ... If a person sells their portion in a joint tenancy ... the person they sell to becomes tenancy in common because that person doesn't have the time. In a joint tenancy the equal owners take all 4 at the same time.

I took the ga school final last March and failed by 8 points and didn't go back to take it my final time because in ga you get 2 chances I stopped studying and just picked it back up around the end of November by listening to Joe I could never feel more confident I take my final in two days I know I will pass!

Again, for some trying to find study guides these could be useful without this. I found myself fast forwarding. I just wanted to find the answer and the why...not the stories or long pauses because they didn’t know the answers. Find it hard to believe nobody else has an issue with this? Are you deleting posts so you can sell more exam prep packages?
