FREE SELF-DEFENSE CLASS open to the public!

In response to the woman who was attacked in a gym in Hillsborough County, we're going to teach a FREE SELF-DEFENSE CLASS that's open to the public on Saturday, February 25 from 9:00-10:00 AM.
In this class we will teach not only to fight back aggressively like this brave woman did but also detailed techniques to address the specific type of attacks that are scene in this video such as defenses against bearhugs, takedowns, kicking off from the ground, etc.
