Our veterans are special they should be looked after better I was homeless for a bit there are veteran's on the streets migrants living in luxury what a horrible country

And on Sunday we are going to be treated to the unedifying spectacle of our Home Secretary at the Cenotaph posing with her poppy pretending she cares about our heroes while her government does nothing to help those who have fallen on hard times and just days after she said the homeless ones are homeless by choice. Dunno about you, but I find that absolutely sickening.

It makes me sick to think all these hero's are going to be surrounded by so much hate on Saturday/sunday, shame on you British government, and shame on you the metropolitan police, hope you can live with yourselves if anything happens to a hair on one of those hero's heads. We have them. The vast majority unnoticed and unsung. People up and down the country help and homour our heroes how they can, when they can. What we also have is a government that doesn't give a toss about service personnel, whether living or fallen, whether serving or former, whether healthy or damaged.

Because they say the underground needs work this weekend (lies) maybe others could use their vehicles to help the veterans to get there. There should be as many brave veterans at there as possible standing shoulder to shoulder, showing the world how you stud up for GREAT BRITIAN.

Mike Hughes deserves everyone's respect. This weekend we honour our heroes in whatever way we can. Not just those who gave their lives but those who still serve, those who have done their bit, those who returned to us permanently physically and/or psychologically damaged and those who have fallen on hard times and into poverty, substance abuse, and homelessness. While we're doing that the PM (whose government does nothing to help those veterans who need help) and the Home Secretary (who just days ago said those same homeless people were homeless by choice) will be at the Cenotaph posing with their poppies and pretending they give a four x. Utterly, utterly disgusting.
