I’m getting so burn out on dreamsnaps recently. I haven’t been ranking as high as expected and I feel like we’ve had roughly the same theme multiple weeks in a row

I needed a break too and just did it. You just have to fight the fomo.. playing infinity Nikki and animal crossing helped me take a break too. I got the DLC and haven’t even made my way over there.. doing this actually let me enjoy making a real quick shot this week because I couldn’t miss out of the fairy vibes. 😂

I did some voting this morning too, and i agree.. a lot of the submissions seem to be just random photos. Maybe trying to get that star path duty done 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree. It’s hard to tell but I feel like voting is little messed up again this week. I saw a LOT of submissions today that really seem like they were supposed to be Frosted Fashion ones, not New Years. But again, it’s hard to tell because maybe people intended to use winter stuff for new years. So many of them had zero party vibes though, and this has definitely been a problem before so I don’t know.

I’m convinced something went wrong with these Dreamsnap results! I didn’t even doubt that I was getting 4K and got 1500 and you’re the second streamer I’ve watched today and both got ridiculously low scores that make no sense also.

Did anyone else have different premium shop items than Serroh? My limited time items were all different. A savanna room bundle, the snowy house skin, and some other stuff, but none of the emperors new groove items like he had. I don't think ive ever had different premium shop items before.

wish they would do more clothes that arent dresses :( i prefer to use suits and stuff so itd be cool if premium clothes could be a bundle with one dress/suit option like they do it with friendship rewards. last non-dress in the shop was milo's outfit i believe and that was a while ago!

I’ve read a lot of comments posted here and admit to feeling the same way. The goals for submitting a picture are stated clearly and I stayed on and voted through at least a hundred photos if not more and consistently saw submissions that had no goals met. Not sure what was so hard about the chilliest time of year. No hats and no gloves shorts and bare waist just didn’t scream out pick me. You are judged by the picture next to you only it also seems like a random amount of objects cluttering up the screen seems like gets picked also. I seen some really awesome pictures this week also Anyway don’t know what to think but throw common sense out the window

Serroh, your response to your “900 Moonstones” helped me to realize it’s OK to get robbed here and there… lol. I listen to some “other Content Creators talk about their own scores” and they sounds scripted, even shocked if they get anything lower than 2500 moonstones- Your responses are always so natural & honest! I feel ya! Dreamsnaps have gotten seriously difficult. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but it must be something. I loved loved loved my most recent dreamsnap and put loads of effort in. I feel like 6 months ago I would’ve gotten 4k easy, but now I only got 1200 😢

There's something weird going on with dreamsnaps. I got a low rank two weeks in a row of really trying and putting a lot of time in, and just gave up for this challenge. I grabbed Olaf and parked in front of stuff I had just thrown down to look at it, and got 4K (rank 3879). Maybe people are voting haphazardly or they've changed the algorithm for how pictures are shown, but it's never felt so random to me this many weeks in a row.

Honestly I’m really bored with dreamlight valley. It’s the only true cozy game I’ve ever played. I haven’t even finished what’s available in the new dlc because farming the new currency is too rinse and repeat for me. Then there’s dreamsnap burn out. Sure I get on ever day to do a few starpath duties but I am not dedicated to completing it like I was in the beginning because there only so many different tasks you can add for variety. When dream snaps first came out I was getting 4k for the first month, now I am lucky to just submit one in time for the guaranteed ones. I gave up on trying because it doesn’t matter if I do it early or late and often the ones I put the most time in don’t do as well as ones I’ve just slapped together. So now I just meet requirements and find a background I’ve already set up. I love all things Disney but the burn out of this game is real.

Even on an outfit challenge if you don’t add a lot of glitz and glamour and sparkly things, you will always get low moonstones. From the word go, I have not liked the challenges for clothing. There is not enough clothing that you can add to bring up the counts for their algorithm. Unless you add an ad and add glitz and glamour.

Can anyone help me please? I have Purple Potato in my inventory with no Purple Potion option to craft, all 20 Orange Pebble in my inventory with no Orange Potato option to craft & all 16 Emerald Sliver in my inventory with no option for Jade Crystal to craft. I have the other three potions just not those ones. I still can't get Tiana. I got the book & then the memory from Remy. Then my game glitched. Restarted game. I can go no further. I noticed the Memory is gone from the Memories tab & Remy doesn't continue the quest

Also got 900, not to brag but i just feel something changed, i often used to get 4k but now dropped to 900 on past few, it is what it is, i wont ever put real money into the game for moonstone packs, only for dlc expansions, so something still better than nothing, i didnt buy anything this week as there not worth it for me, i never have a companion following me and only play as a male character so not planning to wear a dress

I forgot to vote last week. That's a first. O.o And I haven't done a DS in 3 wks. I guess I replaced my distaste of Dreamsnaps with my distaste of platforming in that other game. lol Only so much of the nonfun gaming stuff I can handle. Last time I did one though I didn't doll it all up with the glitter and sparkles and got 2500 busting my 4k record of MANY months. Maybe I'll do one this week but I won't be leaving out the sparkles this time.

To be honest, for so long I've put hours into my Dreamsnaps every single week, but after inexplicably scoring poorly many weeks in a row, it feels like a waste of time and just makes me angry at how bad the voting system is. I can't be the only person who feels like this? When I vote i see so many photos that clearly took like 5 minutes tops, how am I doing so bad all the time?

Hey Serroh, that's crazy to me, your submission was gorgeous, and perfectly put together, as always, but as you say, it can change every week and doesn't always make sense. 3rd week in a row I have scored badly. And I never usually score under 4000. But the last few Ive only scored 900. And its frustrating as I've put hours in. I also don't get the top submissions lately. Some not worthy of that rank sorry to say. Allot of others submissions way more worthy. But hey, we just carry on don't we.
