Yes..we can apply the extracted missing texture on our same 3d file...Kirti...! To apply the missing textures FOLLOW BELOW STEPS: 1.click in utilities option-more 2.select bitmap option from the dropdown edit resources 3.click on select missing files 4.copy the textures path which we downloaded and paste that path in select path section THEN close. Because your existing project should be at axis x,y,z= 0,0,0 Which means it should be at origin..! Since your project will be away from origing thats why when you import the 3D model it is not showing...! ( 3D CREATIVES )

Good query.....raja..! Since, many of use their own assumption to design..! it will depend upon your real work dimension....if you are working on large project then you can assume a large scale to small scale dimension...! for example : if 100 ft is your real project dimension then you can assume & scale it to small dimension to 10ft which means assume 100ft = 10 ft and can work on it ...! ok...we will try to create the tutorial on it in our future video's...! Yeah sure. To apply the missing textures, click in utilities option--more--select bitmap option from the dropdown--- edit resources --- click on select missing files---- copy the textures path which we downloaded and paste that path in select path section n close. +anil malviya You can apply material seperately...by using material map... But the main material get imported with Real 3d file model.. Actually the main problem may be this.. That 3dsmax file is not able to find the texture or material destination folder of 3d models.. You try it...if not solved we will try it to solve..

When import file autocad to 3ds max how to fix they both are same unit ????

When importing a DWG file, Max automatically reads the units setting of the DWG, and gives you the option to rescale it to fit whatever system units Max is set up to use. But if the DWG is set to "Unitless" or the drawing content doesn't fit the units setting, this won't work. In such case, you need to set up units in Max (both "System" and "Display" units) to what you know or think units in the DWG might be, and uncheck "Rescale" in the importer. This way the DWG is imported one to one, meaning 1 unit in the DWG is 1 unit in Max. Now measure something you know the size of, i.e. a door. Does it measure correct or is it to small or to big? For example : you have set units in Max to cm, and the door measures 960cm, then you know that units in the DWG is mm. To make it correct, simply change units in Max (both "System" an "Display" units) to mm. Now the door measures 960mm. Thanks for support...Rajesh..! ( 3D CREATIVES )

To apply the missing textures FOLLOW BELOW STEPS: 1.click in utilities option-more 2.select bitmap option from the dropdown edit resources 3.click on select missing files 4.copy the textures path which we downloaded and paste that path in select path section THEN close. You can use Daylight option for exterior rendering....Mansoor..! How to get same texture?? Is it your question?? When you extract the 3dmodel folder you will get the texture jpg image file. Just open the 3dmodel in 3dsmax and press" M " then apply the jpg texture image to the 3d model..! Thank you..! ( 3D CREATIVES )

One more idea... middula manjusha...! You can use non-uniform scaling option by which you can non-uniformly adjust the size of the 3dmodel from both direction x and y direction...! since recently we were using only the uniform scale which changes the size in uniform direction...! to use the non-uniform scale option just go to scale option left click and drag the mouse to second option which is non-uniform scale...! hope this will help you...!
