Sarah Nesling B.Sc., M.A., B.C.S.T. is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist of 30 years and has been working therapeutically with people in a variety of settings and modalities over the last 45 years. She was originally a social worker with emotionally disturbed families and then went on to train as a Gestalt Psychotherapist and in Intuitive Massage in the 1980s, which naturally led into the more subtle hands on work of Craniosacral Therapy. She has a first class degree in Psychology, and is a qualified teacher having taught communication skills, self-awareness workshops and run her own trainings in massage, anatomy and physiology. Sarah specialises in pregnancy and postnatal work and has coordinated a Mother and Baby Clinic in London for the last 16 years. She is a senior tutor on CTET Practitioner Trainings and for 10 years she coordinated the Trust’s ‘Living Anatomy’ course. Also a Feldenkrais practitioner, Sarah is passionate about bringing her anatomical knowledge to life in the felt sense of the body as a means of learning and healing. She is especially interested in how our emotional and psychological world affects our health.
