Introductory webinar in Living Anatomy recorded on April 27th 2021 with Gary Carter and Anne Stevens. This webinar introduces an online course in Living Anatomy that will be held over nine live online weekend seminars and a foundation day, starting on 29th May 2021.
The course focuses on the vitality of the body, with a commitment to learning that’s both informative and enjoyable. Particular attention is paid to relating structure and function to the living body. There is an emphasis on practical elements and a major theme of the course is experiential work designed to facilitate your own body awareness. The course incorporates unique teaching styles including practical exercises in touch and palpation skills, surface anatomy, meditation and visualisation, body movement and mobility testing to give participants an experiential understanding of the work being covered.
This accredited course is open to all who wish to develop their understanding and experience of the human body. It provides an ideal foundation for those with little or no prior experience who wish to study in complementary therapies, and particularly those who wish to start a Craniosacral Therapy training.
