Some things to note about the shutdown. Games that are backwards compatable will still be listed after the shutdown (dlcs included) so only concern yourself with the non backwards compatable stuff

That's true but alot of then tend to get desisted nowadays. Spec ops the line would go on sale for $5 and I never bothered buying it then I saw it got deslisted :(

Dude any game that has adds or season pass isn’t free your better off buying the physical version of resident evil revelations 2 to play the entire story unlock all the achievements

It's sad to see the Xbox 360 store shut down. I had so many memories just looking at the store and checking the bo1 DLCS. I'll pour my drink on the day it shuts down.. 😮‍💨

Just a heads up about Crimson Alliance, it's on a limited time play. After you get so far the game won't let you continue unless you buy/unlock the full game. One more point, just because some xbox 360 games are back compatible it doesn't mean they will be available to buy on xbox one, s, x, series X/S. Microsoft have delisted a lot of back compatible games on the store that are unavailable to buy and will continue to do so. If there is a game you really want.....get it now.

Crimson Alliance IS NOT FREE!! What is free is basically a demo. You need the all-class pack to play the entire game, and that costs $14.99. Do not waste buying character packs separately, as even if you buy only two it will cost you more than the all-class pack.

You can do this on the website and even then the backwards compatable titles like crackdown 2 can be grabed on the xbox one and played on the 360 after the shutdown

you can also get Ikaruga and Metal Slug 3 but you need to make 2 emails and two live accounts Argentina, and Israel then change your consoles region and download it

You can still get games that are backwards compatible with xbox one including dlc but anything that isn’t backwards compatibility will be gone forever.

I downloaded Aegis Wing from the X360 Marketplace 3 days ago, but it was downloaded on my Xbox Series X. I just finished downloading Crackdown 1 and 2 [Plus all DLC for both games] while watching this video 😀.

sorry but the Xbox 360 generation was Microsoft's only decent one hope Microsoft tries to get some of these games back on their newer systems because of the Xbox 360 red ring problem. think about it 20 years are there going to be any xbox 360s left that are not on life support great system in terms of games but a poor system design but I would take it any day of the week over this game drought Xbox series X is currently suffering from. why ROMs are never a bad thing helps us preserve these games that these companies are just throwing away.

Think OG XBOX was better than 360... Most XBOX360 games are also on PC and better on PC... Also many XBOX 360 games seem to have very low fps and a lot of input lag on the joysticks... I think it would be better if the developers made sure every game ran on atleast stable 60fps and with almost no lag. But it seems like graphics are always way too important for their marketing...

Don't give up on the old hardware just yet! While their reputation is permanently destroyed, Microsoft fixed the terrible RROD problem by late 2008. The Jasper fats, slims, and 360 e should be reasonably reliable for retro gaming with simple maintenance. The biggest cause of RROD back in the day was apparently defective gpus. They had a bad under-fill that couldn't survive many heat up/ cool down cycles.

good evening I would like to comment here because I have a serious problem I bought a Final Fantasy XIII 13 2 expansion for €64 2 Like Me returns Fable 3 just before closing this Saturday and Sunday and since closing this Monday 29 July 2024 my 360 can no longer connect to Xbox Live I constantly have an error message I tried everything to turn it back on, turn it off and on again my unplugged box reconnect the Ethernet cable and what worked this Sunday no longer works from now on do you have the same problem where am I the only one who can no longer access Xbox Live on 360 at all since the store closed this Monday July 29, 2024? I'm very worried because it amounts to having paid for things to which I am no longer allowed access from now on which is serious Nintendo has closed the Wii U and the 3DS and I can still use everything I paid for what is happening -he? see you soon thank you

@@Venat18 is it just your account because if it is try turning off auto renewal for xbox gamepass etc, remove the account from your xbox, clear your harddrive cache and redownload the profile. That fixed it for me

But I don't know at all how to do what you're asking me because I don't know if I expressed myself correctly but I no longer have access to anything even the date and time of the console went completely out of phase ago nothing works anymore it means that I connect while not being connected to Xbox Live I don't understand what's happening in any case it doesn't work at all it's as if my xbox 360 had become unusable overnight!

it's even worse than that the Ethernet cable is no longer even detected in fact it considers that there is even more cable that it is no longer even connected to the network although this was still the case before -yesterday I don't understand what's happening! I'm French by the way maybe it's only in France that they all crashed after the blind closed in any case I really have no luck anymore nothing works I can't do what you're asking me to do because even deleting a profile requires being able to connect to Xbox Live Horse is no longer possible I am no longer connected or more precisely it does a weird thing where it says that I am connected while not being connected I know it's incomprehensible but that's exactly what's happening!

I noticed something else incomprehensible which is that each time at the level of the hour before it was well calibrated with the current time there is no problem and now it is set to 1 p.m. and each time if I turn it off and turn it back on it comes back at 1:00 p.m. even if for example it then goes to 1:07 p.m. by the time I do the manipulations I turn it off and turn it back on it's 1:00 p.m. again
