What about you? What do you remember most about your first time taking your RV out for a shakedown? And did anyone else sit around reading their truck manual to try and understand how towing works?

Love u guys … hilarious. Thank you for your reply a while back to my question about towing as a potential solo female RVer (with dogs). Checklist: Wife in passenger seat Lol. Maybe I’ll stop by that place and ask if they think it’s safer for me to drive or if my male dog is the better choice.

Happy 1 year anniversary! God has blessed me with a wife that LOVES to camp (glad we're in the same club)! we started camping in tents, moved up to pop-ups, the older we get, the more creature-comforts we desire, so we restored a 66 Airstream Tradewind that we camp in now. We love it and very much look forward to our escape each month (goal of camping once per month). Looking forward to your big reveal! Blessing! soli Deo gloria

I know that dealer, grew up 10 minutes from there. I believe they moved to a new facility in Millstone.

Yep, they opened their new space this past spring! Whenever we head back towards the North East for a trip we plan on stopping by to say hello and see the space. From what we’ve seen online it’s pretty fantastic!

We just had the same ‘battery is dying and fridge won’t work on propane’ problem - and Frida the Airstream is down at Colonial as I type these words for them to figure it out. What was your issue and how did you resolve it?

We just had to reset ours, holding the button for a few seconds. We think the propane button on the fridge? Whatever it was, it was an really easy fix!

We tried that...didn’t work. Of course, I’d bet anything that it’s exactly what Colonial will do and it will work!

You're such a cute couple 🙂 .when's the baby due.?😇..gotta getting close ❤ my first time towing our TT, slight damage to rear right side, trying to maneuver out of a gas station . My husband normally does the towing😏

Thank you! Baby Keat is coming in early August! And gas stations can be tough. We've only filled up at ones designed for trucks/RVs. Otherwise we just fill up the night before we travel! (Though Jim did brush the side of the Airstream along some branches, leaving some light scratches that are still there to this day!)
