Hi Bobbie! Great video. For the storage I use google photos and also back them up onto USB sticks. I had the same thing happen when my oldest was born, my laptop crashed and had all the pictures of her and my grandmother. I was lucky we new a computer genius and he was able to get the pictures back for us. So now I make sure to triple back up all my photos. Hopefully you find what works for you soon. Awww! You were so lucky to have known someone who was able to save those pictures.🤍 I might have to find a website that you can send pictures to and then they print it out in albums and maybe create one album per year or so and then backup the picture I have on a hard drives too. I do have a hard drive but I just need to move the pictures to it. Lol Hope your weekend is going smooth! 🤍

Hi Bobbie! Happy Fri-YAY! I have the same problem. What I had to do was just transfer all my photos onto an external HD. I kinda like having my phone clear from pics now since I did that. Hope you have a great weekend!

I have a hard time trusting one system so putting all of it on one hard drive would be hard for me. I do use fb as a spot to store pictures too as you can create an album with just you being able to see it and it stores pictures for free 😅 I do like the flashback pictures my phone gives me once in a while

Hi Bobbie, I worried about the same problem, so what I did was do a backup with a USB key. You could even move the videos over. This way, if your computer crashes again, you have the USB key.

KZbin videos get deleted from my phone as soon as they are uploaded but videos of the kids and such could be moved to a hard drive to save room on my phone, so I just need to get some moved. I was just scared to do that and loose them again

I pay for Google drive. I pay yearly. But I have the Google drive on my phone and I upload from my phone to the app and when they’re safely on the drive. I delete them from my phone. But I don’t keep any KZbin videos I film as soon as they’re uploaded I trash them. Fantastic video ❤

That is a good idea! I also delete my videos as soon as they are uploaded but it always seem like I don't have enough room anyways so frustrating. I will have to sit at the computer and load some pictures to my hard drive. Thanks for coming over my friend and giving me some advice!

When upu print the challenges you can write in the back where it comes from. Also, I use an external memory for my videos and important pics. The other ones are in my Google photos backed up. You can use prime photos, onedrive or any other back up system online too.

Yeah, I do that when I can but most times I watch videos and download the pdf but only get to the printing part another day so I don't remember where I got them. Yeah, I would maybe like to do a printed album a year or something with my favorite pictures but then store the rest. I do like the "flashback" pictures my phone shares with me tho.

We have google storage and a terabyte hard drive but i still have to be on it to log in to sync… check they are there and then delete from my phone. But i also dont feel good unless it is saved in two places, i have also had a computer crash….while backing up so i am super careful especially stuff with the kids. Also once i upload stuff to KZbin it gets deleted, i dont feel the need to back that up…the internet lives forever, hahaha

I'm even starting to delete some apps from my phone lol I have a hard drive I'll have to upload some pictures to it. Maybe a printed album every year would be a great idea too
