After I filmed some traffic lights in the Shoals, I decided to head back over to this crossing and wait, as it sounded like NS 283 would be leaving from Sheffield Yard soon. After a bit of waiting, 283 began to depart from the yard, and 732 got permission to enter Sheffield Yard, so they began to depart as well. As such, I wound-up getting probably my favorite video from this day: a near-perfect meet of NS 732 and NS 283 in downtown Sheffield!
NS 283 also had an H3 BNSF SD70ACe leading an H2 BNSF ES44DC and an NS Dash-9 for power, with a friendly crew aboard.
As you can see, there have thankfully been no major changes to this crossing since I last filmed it. Due to the horn on 732 pretty well drowning it out, you can't really hear the bell here, though I can assure you it's still the same. I will admit, I am a bit glad that I've finally been able to film the north side of this crossing, an angle which I hadn't shot before.
