I like that CSX 9554 train you chased multiple times, and that other CSX train at 17:05. Great content my man.

Thanks! Also, "CSX" 9554 is actually HMCR 9554 (although it was still in CSX MOW paint when recording some of the videos of it.
@freebrickproductions3 жыл бұрын
It's been retired from CSX since probably the late-90s or early-2000s. The Class I railroads tend to go through and regularly retire older power.
@freebrickproductions3 жыл бұрын
@@FlipperGames505 They weren't the ones to keep it that way, lol. They got it in 2015, and repainted it not too long after. The previous owners (the Tishomingo Railroad and VLIX/SARM) had left it in CSX paint.

US&S cantilever, actually. Think they were made by a third party and sold under the various manufacturer's brand names, as I've seen them branded with GRS, WRRS, Peerless Manufacturing (Transport Products Corp. predecessor), Griswold, and US&S before.

And possibly simple question number 2, lol (I'm new to rail fanning) what determines the number of locomotives needed for a train. I'm assuming that most locomotives are powerful, so why isn't one typically enough? Furthermore there never seems to be a crew in the additional locomotives, so exactly how are they control and operated?
@freebrickproductions8 жыл бұрын
The trailing engines are all controlled by the crew in the leading engine, and the number needed is probably determined by the length and weight of the train, along with how powerful each engine is.

In the third Railroad crossing, the 9554 was going the slowest. At the six Railroad crossing, the 9554 train is going a little bit faster, not much with still one cart. At the twelve Railroad crossing, the CEX train is now going on even a little bit more fast with 3/4/5 carts. Good!! And yeah, I saw that the 9554 CEX train got replaced and repainted. It was red and black. With a new Horn. Yay!! It's fixed, finally!! For the CEX train.
