I am deliverance minister. My only angst with these sessions is the spraying of water, crosses, the bible on the foreheads, etc. I have ministered to hundreds and seen them set free by the power of God. If we study exorcism practiced by the Catholics we will see how far the church fell from the pattern set by Christ and the apostles. The world will take us more seriously when we leave out the theatrics and just use the mighty name of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit...

Jennifer Sammy : I hope, and pray all is well with your brother, don't ever give up on him. Get everyone you know to pray for him. I been down that road, and almost died, and what I saw frighten me beyond words, it was life changing. People were praying for me, and if it was not for them prayers, I believe I wouldn't of gotten a second chance. Satan will never give up destroying lives, keep fighting. What happened to me is a long story, and it scared me straight, because I was beyond help back then. I thank God everyday for allowing that to happen.

I have 2 doubt that are important 1. Is the spray water real for removing demons cause Jesus never took materialistic things for deliverance it is the power of god embedded that sets free not a spray bottle. and the other one is the word holy spirit is correct but not holy ghost cause its not used in the bible and ghost means a entity of a dead person and spirit is a totally different meaning.

Siddhant, actually Jesus did sometimes take material things and use them to deliver people. He put mud on one man’s eyes and told him to go wash and then he could see. Yes, it’s the power of God that delivers.

Its just water that was prayed for for the point of contact of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Just like anointing oil and many different things in the Bible God used to heal the sick and cast out demons. for example, God used rod of Moses to split the Red Sea, Jesus' spit healed the blind man, apostle Pal's handkerchief was used to lay on the sick and they were healed... God can use anything to express Himself...
