Every game is important in the playoffs, but Larry Bird says *game 4* is the most important. Game 4 decides if the series is 3-1 (probably over) or 2-2 (still a series). Even if a team loses game 3, they still have a chance to make adjustments and even the series in game 4. And sometimes game 3's are fluke wins/losses due to traveling and a change of environment.

Kerr made some good adjustments this game. He didn’t rest Steph for so long and he was quick to put Poole and Klay on the bench when they weren’t producing. Gary Paton is so valuable to this warriors team , thank god he played. Boston is very lucky to be not down 0-2. If it wasn’t for that career shooting night in the fourth quarter during game 1 , they would be down 0-2. Outside of Tatum/Brown Boston is inconsistent, Al horford had like 2 pts & Derrick white didn’t anything either. And when is someone gonna talk about how well Wiggins has defended Tatum in the first two games??!!!

@Ferdi ♱ Kılınç killed😂😂😂 bro they were up by 15 the 3rd quarter. They didn’t score in the 4th quarter because Kerr took our curry for a long time and it messed with their rhythm and they were out scored. Celtics scored double what the warriors did in the 4th quarter once curry was taken out. They saw the blowout coming, and Kerr sat his best players too early. Game 1 was gonna be a blowout too. Don’t get ahead of yourself. After their rhythm was gone, and the momentum was already in the Celtics favor, they put curry in and it was too late, Celtics made big time shots to keep the momentum, and they lost the game. But it wasn’t a blowout, and they didn’t get destroyed. Unlike the Celtics tonight, who literally got blown off the court, and with a bad performance still from the warriors. Let’s not be naive and think the Celtics best game can beat the warriors. The only way the warriors lose is if they play terrible, not if the Celtics play great. Warriors the better team. If they keep their foot on the gas, Celtics are OUT
@made131452 жыл бұрын

Tatum and Brown are still hit or miss scoring wise imo, Game 1 Tatum had 12 pts, went 3-17 and shot 17.6%, even though he had 13 assists but mostly because everyone had a hot shooting night, tonight Brown had 17 on 5-17 shooting 29.4%, they can have great scoring games, but throughout the playoffs have shown that they're capable of such numbers on any given night as well. All round game is solid, but scoring can be inconsistent from both.

@@MangoBums GSW doesn’t need Kuminga, stop bringing him up like he’s of any use to GS. On another team, maybe but not here. He’s barely playing 2 minutes man. The stats are pretty obvious who’s better offensively. I want to stress that I’m not saying one is better I’m just saying we can’t state it as a fact that GSW wouldn’t be in the finals even if they had DLo. If we can accept that people like Jordan Poole & Wiggins can ascend to be of value in GS it’s foolish to assume DLo, an All-Star while at Golden State & led Brooklyn to the playoffs a year prior can’t be more impactful. The very fact that it had to be a trade for Wiggins, a #1 pick & a 1st round pick for DLo tells you the value on both sides.

1. I said this right after game 1. "White and Horford will not have a night like this again". Theyre not scorers. Players who play their roles. Horford plays it very well. White, not so much. I wasnt worried. 2. Boston can be really inconsistent. There were about 6 open 3s they hit on Thursday, that they missed today. The defense lacked greatly this game. They couldnt cut off the passing lanes or get stops at the perimeter. 3. Boston looked tired. A step slower than game 1. 95.7 the game toyed with the idea that Boston might come out hot and heavy game 1, only to taper down and get heavy legs through the rest of the series. I said the same thing seeing as a) theyre playing one of the faster and more conditioned teams in the league & b) they played two intense 7 game series at high levels. Game fatigue is starting to set in. 4. Boston's role players dont play well in Boston. They dont shoot as well as on the road. 5. Warriors play really well on the road.

@cnelsonlv992 жыл бұрын
Are you predicting that Klay will keep shooting poorly? That seems like a pretty bad prediction, given what we know about Klay Thompson. Also... they were up by 30 despite Klay's shooting, so it's pretty clear that they can win even if he's not shooting very well. OBVIOUSLY, he's going to light it up one of the two games in Boston, and when he does that, you can be sure, Boston will NOT win that game!
@ljohn_ph85542 жыл бұрын
@@cnelsonlv99 that's why I'm saying that “klay need his buckets" yes I know that they are up by 30 despite Klay shooting poorly but not everytime the warriors are going to play that good(in this game) That's why Klay need to get his shots It's pretty bad seeing your second best player having this kind of game of game twice in a row in the Finals. Just Saying Warriors fan btw

Even after game 2 it's difficult to tell who really has the edge in this series. With the exception of the game 1 4th quarter, the Warriors have been the more dominant team. On the other hand, technically speaking, the Celtics would have the advantage because they have played like crap and yet managed to steal home court advantage. Can't wait for game 3, that game is going to be pivotal. Which in turn is going to make game 4 that much more important.

Let’s not be naive and think the Celtics best game can beat the warriors. The only way the warriors lose is if they play terrible, not if the Celtics play great. Warriors are the better team. If they keep their foot on the gas, Celtics are OUT. Warriors have to have a horrible game, and the Celtics have to have a really great game to beat them that same day. It goes to show you the Celtics aren’t the show, because the win completely rides on if the Warriors play terrible. And even though tonight was a bad game for the warriors, they still blew them off the court. Warriors in 6

I'm a warriors fan but the celtics has a reason to be in the finals, they beat a well good teams and they took game 1 no matter what cause that , they are younger and their head coach is smart too. i don't think they will win easly in any more games but they're capable . same as GSW they're greet team with a really good experience throughout the finals , they both playing well but the efforts and the coaching will make the difference in the next games I'm enjoying every second and i hope gsw win it all 🔥👍

As I figured Golden State was gonna clap back. This next game is gonna be interesting. Game 3 is gonna determine how this series goes if you ask me. If the stats are any indicator then Boston is gonna win it. If Golden State wins game 3 though then it’s a whole different looking series.
@cnelsonlv992 жыл бұрын
What stats indicate that Boston is gonna win it? So far in this series they have shot about 45% from 3-point range, and yet they are tied 1-1. They'd better hope the law of averages doesn't start to bring that back down to earth, because I have a feeling Boston won't win a game in this series shooting below 40% from 3 as a team.

@@clemchammer8816 Warriors aren't a good shooting team? They've shot 40% from 3 in both games, and that is VERY normal for them. More importantly, they can win games even when they don't shoot 40%!
