I am pretty sure that this a MCZ and a private fishery and the removal of scallops without permission from the Duchy is forbidden

This area is not a current MCZ, it dose however come under 'habitats of conservation importance' for the sea grass in the area. This is according to DEFRA Marine Information System.

Great video! How deep would you say you had to dive? I have scuba dived there for scallops, but would like to try and free drive for them next time... lost my notes from the dive with the depth of the scallops whoops :)
