It's one of the best things that happened to me. It made me mentally stronger and when you walk with friends, you don't feel tired at all. Along the way, my male friends would climb a coconut or a guava tree as a treat for us when we get hungry. I am saving these videos because now I have a son, and I wanted him to see how lucky he is that his school is 500 meters away from home only. I hope that the government of Peru help this tribes, lifeboats, meals, free school supplies, uniforms, more schools and better safe transportation. Thank you for this video. I spent 3 days on an island in lake Titicaca. The children impress me in a way I will never forget. There was a festival coming up in the nearby village "The festiival of light " The children prepared all the lights to be carried on long poles They helped the younger ones mold and paint . and turned out works of art They had learned a responsibility , a way of caring and helping younger children that I never saw in my home country. Here we would have to remind them, sometimes give them ideas remind them to clear up afterwards.

@benitojonson5851 Жыл бұрын

2 minutos?

Out of adversity comes strength. These people will survive anything. I am so inspired. We give our children too much that is why they do not appreciate anything. These children are already successful and have great determination. That is why when they get to the US they dominate and succeed. God Bless you beautiful children.🙌👏👏👏👏

Thankyou for these videos please translate what they say correctly. One time one of the children said “I’m hungry” while peddling to school ,Was not mentioned in English. Another time they said, “I feel happy when I’ve almost reached home.” This is so important so that we can understand what they are feeling and going through truly. Beautiful children how special you all are

I pray that everyone of these kids succeed in fulfilling their dreams. I've been binge watching these videos and am in awe at the extreme measures they take for an education. My God. To think that I would complain about being cold while WAITING FOR A BUS!! Now we have 2hr delays when its "too cold" outside. I know my kids nor myself would be able to travel any extreme temps or trek through terrains like these CHILDREN do. Children!! It boggles my mind! A 6yr old traveling 6hrs alone through mountains, up steep embankments. The poor kids feet were blistered and not 1x did he cry or complain. Its remarkable. Should we complain when a family comes to the USA for a better life? I cant help but question why the parents let the kids go alone or have atleast 1 adult help them. I wondered if the mothers didnt have a compassionate heart. Then I see a mother working hard and sending her kids off so they don't have to work hard but can get an education and be something. Then, these kids who get an education, how far does it take them? Do they get a ticket to the USA? Do they go to college? What does their country offer for them? Do they travel, study and succeed only to continue living in their villages? Idk. My mind is blown and my heart hurts.
